The Bees are finishing fall honey for their winter stores. When visiting the stand you will smell an off smell, kind of like stinky feet. This is golden rod being brought into the hives. It looks like we got a good Knotweed honey harvest this year as well!

We make real creamed honey, not whipped honey like alot of beekeepers try to sale as creamed. As always, The Honey House is inspected as well by the PA Department of Agriculture.
